Description

Fresh and flavorful Mediterranean wrap packed with seasoned chicken, creamy hummus, tangy feta cheese, and crisp vegetables. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas (or your favorite flatbread)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup hummus (classic or roasted red pepper)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • Handful of fresh spinach or mixed greens
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of olive oil
  • Salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Lay It Out – Warm tortillas in a dry skillet until soft and pliable
  • Spread the Love – Slather hummus across the center of each tortilla
  • Pile It High – Layer chicken, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper
  • Wrap It Tight – Fold in sides, roll burrito-style, and press to seal. Optional: toast in skillet for crispy exterior
  • Slice & Serve – Cut in half and serve immediately
