Ingredients
4 cups sweet corn kernels
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the corn, vegetable broth, chili powder, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
