Description

This earthy, creamy Chaga Maple Cream Sparkler is a refreshing take on mushroom coffee mocktails. Naturally energizing, caffeine-light, and perfect for mindful mornings or a soothing afternoon sip.


Ingredients

1 cup brewed chaga mushroom coffee, cooled

1/2 cup oat milk

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/3 cup sparkling water

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Brew chaga mushroom coffee and let it cool.

2. In a shaker, combine chaga coffee, oat milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

3. Shake well until frothy.

4. Fill a glass with ice.

5. Pour the shaken mixture over the ice.

6. Top with sparkling water.

7. Stir gently and serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust sweetness by increasing or reducing the maple syrup.
