Description

Ultimate Nacho Bacon Cheeseburger Crunch Wraps combine the best of nachos and cheeseburgers in a handheld wrap. Crispy tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef, smoky bacon, and melted cheese create the perfect fusion comfort food.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed tortilla chips

6 large flour tortillas

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup salsa

1/4 cup pickled jalapenos

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.

2. Add the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle a handful of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.

4. Top with a spoonful of the cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa, and pickled jalapenos.

5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly to create a wrap.

6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

7. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.

8. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.

9. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious Nacho Bacon Cheeseburger Crunch Wraps!

Notes

For best results, let the beef mixture cool slightly before assembling to prevent soggy wraps.

Pat diced tomatoes with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

These wraps can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before cooking.

For extra crunch, lightly toast the tortilla chips before crushing.

Leftover wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in a skillet.
