Ingredients
500mg green tea extract (standardized for EGCG)
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
8 oz filtered water (heated to 175°F)
Instructions
1. Heat 8 oz of filtered water to exactly 175°F.
2. Whisk in the Ceylon cinnamon for 30 seconds until fully dissolved.
3. Gradually add green tea extract while stirring continuously.
4. Allow the mixture to steep for 3 minutes.
5. Add apple cider vinegar and pink salt while stirring clockwise for 30 seconds.
6. Let cool slightly to about 120°F and enjoy.
Notes
Use high-quality Ceylon cinnamon, not cassia.
Ensure vinegar is raw, unfiltered with the mother.
Optional: Add 1/2 tsp raw honey or stevia to taste.
