Ingredients

– 4 beef hot dogs

– 8 slices of bacon

– 4 slices of cheddar cheese

– 1 cup sauerkraut

– 1/2 cup yellow mustard

– 1/4 cup ketchup

– 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

– 1 tablespoon garlic powder

– 1 tablespoon onion powder

– 4 toasted hot dog buns

– Fresh chives for garnish


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. 2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

3. 3. Grill the hot dogs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and grill marks appear.
