Ingredients
2 lbs beef brisket
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
8 pretzel rolls
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1/2 cup sliced onions
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Rub the brisket with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
4. Cook in the oven for 4 hours, or until tender.
5. Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
6. While the brisket is resting, prepare the pretzel rolls according to package instructions.
7. Slice the brisket against the grain and serve on pretzel rolls with BBQ sauce, pickles, and onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight in BBQ sauce.
