Description
These Oktoberfest Cheddar Stuffed Burger Bombs are perfect for your fall gatherings! Juicy burgers are stuffed with gooey cheddar cheese and wrapped in a soft pretzel dough for a deliciously unique twist on a classic.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.

5. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion in your hand.

7. Place a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each patty.

9. Fold the edges of the patty over the cheese to form a ball and seal tightly.

11. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares large enough to wrap around each burger ball.

Notes
These burger bombs are best served fresh out of the oven, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
