Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, halved
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips and halved peanut butter cups.
7. Spread half of the dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
8. Layer the remaining dough on top, smoothing it out evenly.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Let cool before slicing into squares.
