Description

A unique fusion dish combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with a sweet peppermint hot chocolate twist, served sushi-style.


Ingredients

Scale

4 slices of bacon

8 oz ground beef

2 slices of cheddar cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup hot chocolate mix

1/2 cup rice (cooked)

1 sheet of nori seaweed

1/4 cup peppermint extract

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon green onions (chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside to cool.

2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper.

3. Once cooked, let it cool and mix in the cream cheese and hot chocolate mix.

4. Lay the nori sheet on a sushi mat and spread the cooked rice evenly over it.

5. Place the bacon, beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and green onions in a line on top of the rice.

6. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

7. Drizzle chocolate syrup and peppermint extract on top before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter flavor, you can add more hot chocolate mix to the beef mixture.

Serve with extra chocolate syrup for dipping.
