Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup pickle brine (dill or bread & butter)
1 1/4 cups cold water
2–3 tbsp sweetener (honey, sugar, or stevia)
Ice, lemon slices, and fresh dill (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a pitcher, mix lemon juice, pickle brine, and sweetener.
2. Add cold water and stir until fully combined.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or brine level as needed.
4. Serve over ice with lemon slices and dill.
5. Enjoy immediately or chill before serving.
