Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a roughly 12″ circle. Transfer to parchment paper or your preparation surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange the pickle slices in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Scatter red onion slices over the pizza.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, if using.
- Dust the entire pizza with garlic powder, drizzle with olive oil, and add fresh cracked black pepper.
- Slide the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with fresh dill.
- Let rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Pat pickle slices between paper towels before adding to the pizza to remove excess moisture.
