- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you fancy)

- ½ green apple, chopped

- 4–5 ice cubes (gotta keep it chill)
Instructions
- Load it up right: Toss everything into your blender – start with the almond milk so the blades don’t get stuck. Then pile in your greens, fruit, yogurt, and the rest of the gang.
