Ingredients

1 lb pulled pork

1 lb macaroni

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

8 small flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to make a roux.

3. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly to create a smooth sauce.

4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and well combined.
