Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
8 slices of bacon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wrap each chicken thigh with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the maple glaze over the bacon-wrapped chicken thighs.
5. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the maple glaze for a few hours before wrapping in bacon.
