Ingredients
2 lbs beef brisket
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small corn tortillas
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. 1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. 2. Season the brisket with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the onions.
3. 3. Pour the BBQ sauce over the brisket, ensuring it’s well coated.
4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender.
5. 5. Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
