Ingredients
1–2 tbsp sea moss gel
1 banana (frozen for creaminess)
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup spinach (optional for greens)
1 cup almond milk (or any plant milk)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness with a splash of maple syrup if needed.
