Ingredients

1 pound Italian sausage, sliced

2 bell peppers, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine sliced sausage, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.

4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
