Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. 2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high.
3. 3. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
