Ingredients
1/2 cup tart cherry juice (rich in natural melatonin)
1 teaspoon magnesium glycinate powder (200-400mg)
4–6 oz Poppi prebiotic soda or sparkling water
1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional: 1 fresh cherry for garnish
Optional: 1 mint leaf for garnish
Instructions
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Pour 1/2 cup tart cherry juice into the shaker
3. Add 1 teaspoon magnesium powder to the mixture
4. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well combined
5. Strain the mixture into a clear glass
