Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and ginger.
