Ingredients

– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1/2 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup rice vinegar

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch

– 2 tablespoons water

– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

– 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

2. 2. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.

3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
