Description
This Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Pull-apart Bread is a deliciously cheesy and smoky twist on a classic burger, perfect for sharing at parties or game day.
Ingredients
1 loaf of pull-apart bread
1 pound of smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of diced onions
1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions until browned; season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix in the crumbled bacon and barbecue sauce, then remove from heat.
4. Cut the pull-apart bread into sections without cutting all the way through.
5. Stuff the bread with the beef and bacon mixture, then add the cheeses.
6. Wrap the stuffed bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding jalapeños or your favorite spices to the beef mixture.
Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
