This Smoked Bacon Loaded Triple Cheese Meatloaf Stack is a decadent twist on a classic dish, featuring layers of savory meatloaf, crispy bacon, and three types of cheese.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup chopped onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 large eggs

1/2 cup ketchup

1 lb smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, onions, garlic, parsley, eggs, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.

4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and spread ketchup on top.

5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

6. In the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining cheeses and crumbled bacon on top.

7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
