This Smoked Bacon Swiss Mushroom Cheeseburger Meatloaf is a delicious twist on a classic dish, combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting texture of meatloaf.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

8 slices smoked bacon, chopped

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup ketchup

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped bacon, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
