1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

8 oz smoked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, and chopped bacon.

3. Add the cheeses, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

4. Mix until well combined.

5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
