Description

These Smoked Brisket Nacho Fries combine crispy fries with tender smoked brisket, melted cheese, and zesty toppings for a perfect BBQ treat.


Ingredients

2 lbs frozen French fries

1 lb smoked brisket, chopped

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pico de gallo

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup sliced jalapeños

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

2. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

3. Toss the frozen fries with olive oil and smoked paprika.

4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and smoke for 30 minutes.

5. Remove fries from the smoker and top with chopped brisket and shredded cheddar cheese.

6. Return to the smoker for another 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

7. Serve topped with pico de gallo, sour cream, jalapeños, and green onions.

Notes

 

For an extra kick, add hot sauce over the top before serving.

You can substitute the brisket with pulled pork or chicken if desired.
