Ingredients
8 ounces elbow macaroni
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. 3. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. 4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, chipotle, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
