Ingredients

Instructions
1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic granules, salt, pepper, and paprika for the breading mixture.
3. Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish for dredging.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F.
5. Dip each pork chop in buttermilk, then dredge in seasoned flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
