Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
100g feta cheese, crumbled
1 small red chili, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
2. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it lightly.
3. Add the crumbled feta, chili, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
4. Spoon the mixture back into the avocado halves.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
