Description

These Spicy Bacon Avocado Bites are a deliciously trendy appetizer that combines crispy bacon with creamy avocado and a kick of spice. Perfect for parties or a quick snack!

Ingredients

Scale

6 slices of bacon

2 ripe avocados

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Cut the bacon slices in half and place them on a baking sheet.

3. Bake the bacon for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

4. While the bacon is cooking, cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.

5. Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to create a small bowl.

6. Mix the avocado with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

7. Once the bacon is done, let it cool slightly and then wrap each piece around the avocado halves.

8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the avocado mixture.

These bites are best served fresh but can be prepared in advance and assembled just before serving.
