Creamy, cheesy, and packed with smoky bacon and spicy jalapeños, this Spicy Bacon Cheeseburger Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded pepper jack
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: green onions, diced tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, pepper jack, and diced jalapeños.
4. Add cooked beef and most of the bacon to the mixture. Stir until fully combined.
5. Spread mixture into an oven-safe skillet or dish. Top with remaining bacon.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
7. Garnish with green onions or diced tomatoes. Serve immediately with chips, bread, or veggies.
Notes
You can prepare this dish a day ahead and refrigerate before baking.
Swap pepper jack for mozzarella if serving a milder crowd.
Serve in a mini slow cooker to keep warm at parties.
