Ingredients
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Cooking spray
Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray
2. Press wonton wrappers into each muffin cup, creating small cups
3. Brush edges with olive oil and pre-bake for 5 minutes until lightly golden
4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic until smooth
5. Fold in drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and Parmesan cheese
6. Spoon filling into each pre-baked wonton cup
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through
8. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving
9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired
