Ingredients

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped and drained

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Drain spinach completely and squeeze out excess moisture

3. Mix softened cream cheese until smooth in large bowl

4. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mix well

5. Fold in chopped spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
