Description

Ingredients
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped and drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Drain spinach completely and squeeze out excess moisture
3. Mix softened cream cheese until smooth in large bowl
4. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mix well
5. Fold in chopped spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
6. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy
8. Cool for 2-3 minutes before serving
Notes
For extra crispy results, make sure spinach is completely drained
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing
Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days
