Ingredients
2 ribeye steaks
1/4 cup bourbon
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp black food coloring
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
2. In a small bowl, mix together the bourbon, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, black food coloring, salt, and pepper
3. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat both sides
4. Let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes
5. Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare

8. Once the steaks are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes
