A game-changing gourmet burger featuring a rich, velvety sriracha-honey glaze and crispy garlic crunch topping. Crafted for discerning home chefs seeking restaurant-quality burger perfection with a spicy-sweet twist.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb freshly ground beef (20% fat content)

4 brioche burger buns

4 leaves butter lettuce

2 large tomatoes, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

8 pickle slices

4 slices cheese (cheddar or American)

1/2 cup sriracha sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Combine sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and grated ginger in a saucepan

2. Bring glaze mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly

3. Reduce glaze by half until desired consistency is reached (about 8-10 minutes)

4. Mix minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley for garlic crunch topping

5. Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper

6. Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat

7. Cook burger patties to desired doneness (4-5 minutes per side for medium)

8. Toast brioche buns on grill or in toaster until golden

9. Spread sriracha-honey glaze on bottom bun

10. Place cooked burger patty on glazed bun

11. Top with garlic crunch mixture

12. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and cheese

13. Finish with top bun and serve immediately

Notes

For best results, use freshly ground beef with 20% fat content for optimal juiciness

The sriracha-honey glaze can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to one week

Adjust spice level by varying the amount of sriracha sauce to taste

Crispy garlic crunch topping adds the perfect textural contrast
