Ingredients
6 large eggs
4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, then simmering for 10 minutes.
2. 2. Once cooked, cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice in half.
3. 3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, mixing with bacon, honey, cheddar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. 4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
