Ingredients
12 slices of bacon
1 can of pineapple chunks (drained)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Wrap each pineapple chunk with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, sriracha, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Brush the bacon-wrapped pineapple with the sriracha mixture.
5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pineapple in the sriracha mixture for an hour before wrapping with bacon.
