Ingredients
1 cup hot brewed coffee
1–2 tsp tahini
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1/4 cup oat milk or any dairy-free milk (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk tahini with a splash of hot coffee until smooth
2. Add the rest of the coffee and sweetener
3. Stir in oat milk and optional spices
4. Whisk again or use a frother for creamy texture
5. Serve hot in your favorite mug
Notes
Use runny tahini for best mixing.
Can be made without milk for a more robust drink.
