The viral TikTok baked feta pasta that broke the internet! Roasted cherry tomatoes and creamy feta cheese create an irresistibly delicious sauce that coats every strand of pasta perfectly.
Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (about 2 cups)
- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 10 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
- Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Nestle feta block in center and drizzle with more olive oil.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and feta is golden.
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- Mash roasted tomatoes and feta together in the baking dish to create sauce.
- Stir in cooked pasta and toss to coat. Add pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
Notes
- Use block feta for best results, not crumbled
- Don’t skip the pasta water – it helps bind the sauce
- Quality olive oil makes a significant difference
