Description

Spooky delicious Halloween burger bombs filled with seasoned ground beef and gooey nacho cheese sauce, wrapped in golden biscuit dough. Crafted for discerning home chefs seeking perfect party appetizers that kids and adults will devour.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp melted butter

Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Optional: diced jalapeños, paprika for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large pan over medium heat, brown 1 lb ground beef with finely chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is fully cooked and crumbly. Drain excess fat and set aside.

3. Flatten each biscuit dough round to about 4-5 inches in diameter on a clean surface.

4. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit, top with 1 tablespoon nacho cheese sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching and sealing edges tightly to prevent leakage during baking. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.

6. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley or thyme. Add optional toppings like diced jalapeños or paprika for extra flavor.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and biscuit dough is fully cooked.

8. Serve hot with additional nacho cheese sauce for dipping. Perfect for Halloween parties!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture while browning.

Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.

These burger bombs can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.

For a spooky Halloween twist, use food coloring to tint the biscuit dough orange or arrange on a spider web platter.
