Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (80/20 ratio)
2 tablespoons TRUFF hot sauce
4–8 slices American cheese
4 thick-cut bacon strips
1/4 cup Hidden Valley ranch dressing
2 potato burger buns with sesame seeds
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons truffle oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Frozen French fries for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to 375°F and prepare all ingredients
2. Form ground beef into 2 patties with thumb indentations, season with garlic powder
3. Cook bacon strips in oven at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until crispy
4. Grill beef patties for 6 minutes per side
5. Add American and Swiss cheese during final minute of cooking, cover to melt
6. Toast burger buns with butter for 90 seconds until golden
7. Prepare truffle fries: cook frozen fries in air fryer at 390°F for 12 minutes
8. Toss hot fries with truffle oil and Parmesan cheese
9. Assemble burger: bottom bun, ranch dressing, patty with melted cheese, bacon, top bun
