Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chicken broth and beaten egg, mixing until well combined.
4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake them straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
