Ingredients
4 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and whisk in the powdered sugar until well combined.
5. Add the eggs and egg yolks, mixing until fully incorporated.
6. Stir in the vanilla extract, flour, and salt until just combined.
7. Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins.
8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
