Description

A refreshing 3-ingredient virgin pina colada that brings tropical paradise to your glass. This creamy, fruity mocktail is perfect for family gatherings, summer parties, and anyone wanting a taste of the Caribbean without alcohol. Ready in just 5 minutes with simple blending!

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup cream of coconut (Coco López preferred)

1 cup crushed ice

Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tablespoon lime juice

Fresh pineapple wedge for garnish

Maraschino cherry for garnish

Cocktail umbrella for garnish

Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

1. Add frozen pineapple chunks to high-speed blender first

2. Pour in pineapple juice over the frozen fruit

3. Add cream of coconut and any optional extracts

4. Top with crushed ice

5. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy

6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed

7. Pour into chilled hurricane glasses

8. Garnish with pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and cocktail umbrella

9. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top

10. Serve immediately while cold and frothy

Notes

For best results, use frozen pineapple chunks rather than fresh for a thicker, frostier texture

Chill glasses in freezer for 10 minutes before serving

Cream of coconut (like Coco López) is different from coconut milk – it’s thicker and sweeter

Drink is best served immediately but ingredients can be prepped ahead

For variations, try adding mango or strawberries

Can substitute almond milk or oat milk for different dietary needs
