Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
6. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is set and golden.
8. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
9. Top with chopped pecans if desired.
