Ingredients
16 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 pound crispy bacon, crumbled
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups homemade Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded cheese blend

Instructions
1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble. Set aside.
3. Season chicken pieces and cook in same skillet until golden and fully cooked. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, and crumbled bacon.
5. Mix in ranch seasoning packet, Alfredo sauce, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheese blend.
6. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
7. Top with remaining 0.5 cups cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
8. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
9. Remove foil and bake additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
