Description

These crispy mozzarella stuffed garlic butter pizza rolls are the perfect snack or appetizer, combining gooey cheese with a buttery garlic crust.


Ingredients

1 package of pizza dough

2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of dried basil

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.

3. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough square.

5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.

6. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.

7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
