Ingredients
1 cup macaroni
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
2. In a bowl, mix macaroni, bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. In another bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and sugar.
