This Smoky Bacon Gouda Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is a deliciously savory dish, featuring tender pork filled with creamy gouda and crispy bacon, drizzled with a sweet and spicy hot honey butter glaze.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 pounds pork tenderloin

2. 6 ounces gouda cheese, shredded

3. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

4. 2 tablespoons olive oil

5. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

7. Salt and pepper to taste

8. 1/4 cup honey

9. 2 tablespoons butter

10. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a bowl, mix the gouda cheese and crumbled bacon.

3. 3. Cut a pocket in the pork tenderloin and stuff it with the cheese and bacon mixture.

4. 4. Season the outside of the tenderloin with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

5. 5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.

6. 6. Transfer the tenderloin to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

7. 7. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in honey and red pepper flakes.

8. 8. Drizzle the hot honey butter glaze over the cooked tenderloin before serving.

9. 9. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

10. 10. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the pork tenderloin in your favorite spices for a few hours before cooking.

Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
